You can sign up for Microsoft's Partner Program at http://partner.microsoft.com. Please ask any of your Partner Program related questions here. For less than $350, you can get tons of Microsoft software worth thousands of dollars. ISVs can get 5 MSDN licenses for about the same amount. I will post more information later about both programs.
